Fresenius Kabi – 2400 Skymark Ave, Toronto, Ontario

Performance of a complete fit out for a new pharmaceutical cleanroom including HVAC, plumbing, mechanical piping (glycol, chilled water, gas, compressed air) and equipment placement.

The project currently employs two crews of 6 men (sheet metal and piping & plumbing) on site.  Project originally scheduled to commence in May 2017; due to permit delays, project started in August 2017 with estimated completion in December 2017.

Noteworthy accomplishment – Given the layout of the building and the delay in schedule we took the opportunity to fully CAD the facility and prefabricate all of our piping and ductwork. Our CAD department created interference drawings, confirmed dimensions with site foreman, then spooled, manufactured and delivered to site in truckloads. Due to this process, we were able to hang all our hangers and get our duct and pipe in the air in a short period of time.
